Our Building Process

Cameron will meet with you on site to discuss the project design and feasibility. At the completion of this stage you will be provided with a complimentary building budget assessment.

After accepting our preliminary agreement contract we can guide you through the drafting of the plans for your project. Including engineering, council fees and approvals.

A formal quotation and cost breakdown will be provided. Once accepted Cameron will sit down with you and step you through signing our clear and informative plain English HIA contracts.

Dunstan Constructions will follow our strict building schedules and provide regular updates and communication throughout the entire construction process.

On completion of your project, you will be given the opportunity to do a “walk through” inspection to ensure you are entirely satisfied with all aspects of the completed project. We stand by the quality of our build and the high standards of our workmanship. Your project will be covered by a 6 year structural warranty and a 6 month maintenance period.
