Homestead Renovation

This extensive refurbishment of a rural homestead revitalised its charm and functionality. The project encompassed a full renovation, including updates to the bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. We replaced the old terracotta roof tiles with modern corrugated iron, enclosed several windows and doors, and modified or replaced three fireplaces.

Interior transformations included removing walls, sanding, and polishing original timber floorboards, as well as renewing all electrical circuits. The homestead’s traditional welcoming atmosphere was preserved and enhanced through meticulous internal and external painting. This renovation seamlessly blends classic appeal with contemporary upgrades.
