Dunstan Constructions were engaged for the design and construction of these alterations, with the clients wanting to extend their home to maximise the northern aspect of their home using extensive glazing that captured the sun during the daytime, and have an open plan living area that was centred around the featured built in fireplace.

This project also involved extensive renovation works throughout the home that included transforming the existing formal living room to the main bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite and improving their home’s thermal efficiency by replacing the existing windows with double glazed aluminium windows.
