The owners goal was to restore their recently purchased Heritage listed property back to its former glory and original state, which was acknowledged by the National Trust and both the Owners and Dunstan Constructions received a heritage award for their efforts. Dunstan Constructions worked alongside our wonderful client throughout this project which included demolition works, Construction of new Kitchen, installation of Hydronic heating throughout, and reinstatement of the front picket fence to match photos of the home from 1912.

Along with these works, we renovated the back section of the house to open up the old veranda area and provided a new entrance way that matched in with the existing house by installing customised timber windows and the original external door. At the front of the house, the side porch entrance door was replaced with a beautifully restored set of cedar french doors.
