Mutton Falls
This spectacular new home was designed and constructed to gain the benefits of being solar passive. Extensive glazing to the northern aspects and polished concrete slabs throughout the entire home were used to absorb the sun throughout the day, which in turn would release the heat of the evening.
Along with the polished concrete slab, this spectacular home had extensive use of Natural products, including the use of the floor board from the family farm shearing shed to the back of the island bench in the kitchen, custom built Cypress pine barn doors and Black Butt Timber Vanities to the bathrooms.
