Complete Refurb

The Sisters of Mercy project was a 190m² transformation that involved the demolition of two existing structures and a complete refurbishment of the main building. Dunstan Constructions added a spacious extension featuring two bathrooms, a laundry, toilet, kitchen, and a main living area.

Additionally, a large southerly-facing deck was built, complemented by beautiful landscaping. This project skillfully combined modern amenities with the building’s original charm, creating a serene and functional space.
