Dunstan Constructions were engaged for the design and construction of these alterations, with the clients wanting to extend their home to maximise the northern aspect of their home using extensive glazing that captured the sun during the daytime, and have an open plan living area that was centred around the featured built in fireplace.

The owners goal was to restore their recently purchased Heritage listed property back to its former glory and original state, which was acknowledged by the National Trust and both the Owners and Dunstan Constructions received a heritage award for their efforts.

Dunstan Constructions were engaged to redesign this internal renovation, with the brief including 'modernise and incorporate more of an open living floor plan to the main living areas and incorporate Air BNB with restrict access to one end of the home, which was no longer required by the owners".
